계정을 삭제하면 점수, 닉네임, 가방이 모두 지워지고 되돌릴 수 없습니다.
게임 안에서 삭제하기
- 게임 왼쪽 위의 설정을 누릅니다.
- 맨 아래 계정 삭제를 누릅니다.
- 확인 창에서 삭제를 누르면 바로 지워집니다.
게임을 이미 지웠다면
아래 이메일로 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 확인 후 30일 이내에 처리하고 결과를 알려드립니다. 본인 확인을 위해 추가로 질문할 수 있습니다.

- 모은 잡동사니, 배터리 상태, 접속 날짜, 광고로 충전한 횟수 기록
- 선택한 언어 설정
- Google Play 게임즈 · Apple Game Center 계정과의 연결
- 로그인 상태를 유지하던 정보
남는 정보
- 맵에 파놓은 칸과 지었던 와이파이 이름은 다른 플레이어와 함께 쓰는 기록이라 남지만, 누가 했는지는 지워져 아무도 알 수 없습니다.
- 서버 접속 기록은 보안을 위해 최대 30일 보관된 뒤 지워집니다.
- 광고 서비스(Google AdMob)가 이미 수집한 광고 관련 정보는 이 게임에서 지울 수 없습니다. 기기의 광고 설정에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 초기화할 수 있습니다. Android는 설정 → Google → 광고, iPhone은 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 바꿀 수 있습니다.
Google Play 게임즈와 Apple Game Center 계정 자체는 각 회사의 계정이라 이 게임에서 지워지지 않습니다.

Delete your Why?Pie account
Deleting your account permanently removes your score, nickname, and bag. This can't be undone.
Delete in the game
- Tap Menu at the top left of the game.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Tap Delete to confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
If the game is showing Korean, you can switch the language in the settings window (the language button).
If you no longer have the game
Email us to request deletion. We'll process it within 30 days and let you know. We may ask a question to confirm it's your account.

Include: your nickname, your device (Android / iPhone), and how you signed in (Play Games / Game Center / not signed in)
What is deleted
- Your nickname, routers found, and ranking
- Items collected, battery state, play dates, and your ad recharge count
- Your language setting
- The link to your Google Play Games or Apple Game Center account
- Data that kept you signed in
What stays
- Tiles on the shared map and Wi‑Fi names you created stay because other players share them, but the link to you is removed.
- Server logs are kept for up to 30 days for security, then deleted.
- Ad-related information already collected by the ad provider (Google AdMob) can't be deleted from this game. You can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device's ad settings: on Android, Settings → Google → Ads; on iPhone, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Your Google Play Games and Apple Game Center accounts belong to those companies and are not deleted by this game.
